Refund and Cancellation Policy – Successhadi.com

1. Finality of Payments:
All membership purchases made on Successhadi.com are final. Once payment is made, Successhadi.com does not entertain any cancellation or refund requests under normal circumstances. Membership is tied to the user profile and becomes inactive upon deletion or termination of the profile. No refund will be provided if the profile is deleted, inactivated, or terminated by the user or by Successhadi.

2. Upgrade Adjustment:
In case you upgrade to a higher package, Successhadi.com management may consider adjusting the unused value of your current plan. However, no adjustments or refunds will be made if the upgrade is requested during the last month of your current plan.

3. Refund Process:
If a refund is approved (under exception clauses only), it will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international credit/debit card payments, the refunded amount will be converted into your local currency by your card issuer, and additional conversion charges may apply. Successhadi.com will not be responsible for any such deductions.
Once the membership is cancelled and approved by our team, the amount will be credited to you within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Activation Timeline:

  • Online Payments: Activated within 24–48 hours.

  • Cheque/Demand Draft: Activated within 48 hours of realization.

  • Delays due to public holidays, technical issues, or bank processing times may occur.

5. Membership Duration & Expiry:
All memberships are based on 30-day months. The package will expire once the purchased duration ends. Renewals can be done within 30 days before expiry.

6. Automatic Renewals:
All paid memberships are auto-renewed before the expiry. If you do not wish for auto-renewal, you must cancel your membership before the renewal date. The maximum duration of any plan is 12 months.

Successhadi.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible!

If you choose to TERMINATE / CANCEL your membership, the money once paid towards SUBSCRIPTION FEES IS REFUNDABLE ONLY IN ONE CIRCUMSTANCES, either in full or part, under any circumstances. It also cannot be adjusted for any other service or transferred to another applicant. Your membership in Successhadi.com is meant for your exclusive personal use only. You agree not to authorize others to use your membership and not to assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

In the event you decide to cancel your membership, please note:

  • Subscription fees are not refundable for activated orders or memberships with paid services already delivered.

  • However, if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and no match has been provided by our team within 24–48 business hours, a full refund may be issued, subject to verification and approval.

  • Once the membership is cancelled and approved by our team, the amount will be credited to you within 5 to 7 business days.
